Shefali Ahluwalia has extensive experience in talent acquisition and management, having served as Head of Talent Acquisition, Global at Alb¨¦a Group from 2018 to 2021, and held various leadership roles at Aptiv and Norgren. Currently, Shefali is the Head of Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding at RTL AdAlliance, while also focusing on candidate experience and diversity initiatives. Shefali is a former faculty member at PGSM and has contributed significantly to recruitment strategies during her tenure at TRANSEARCH. Shefali recently earned a Professional Certificate in Product Management from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
