Mark MacThorcaill is a Chartered Accountant (ACA) who currently leads the Financial Planning and Analysis team at the RSPCA, where they support decision-making across directorates and ensure alignment with the charity's 10-year strategy. Mark has extensive experience in financial roles, including positions at Shelter UK and Teach First, where they provided financial insight and facilitated system improvements. They also worked as an Audit Assistant Manager at KPMG UK and have a distinction in a Master of Arts in Cultural Policy and Management from City University. Prior to their finance career, Mark gained experience as a marketing intern at Down Arts Centre and an intern with Ulster Youth Choir.
