Scott Powers, CPA, is a Partner in Transaction Advisory Services at RSM US LLP, where they have worked since 2025. They previously held the position of Director in the same division from 2019 to 2025. Prior to joining RSM, Scott gained valuable experience as a Supervisor at McGladrey, an Associate at ACF Investment Bank, and an Audit Associate at KPMG US. Scott earned a Master's degree in Accounting from the University of Colorado at Boulder, where they studied from 2005 to 2010.
