Olivia DiLorenzo, CPA, MBA, is the Managing Director of M&A Transaction Advisory Services at RSM US LLP, where they leverage extensive experience in transaction advisory roles. Olivia previously worked as an Assurance Associate and held several positions within RSM US LLP, culminating in a Director role in the same practice. Early in their career, they served as a Green Dining/Sustainability Intern at Sodexo Corporate Services and promoted a restaurant chain in Milan while studying abroad. Olivia holds a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Law and Taxation from Bentley University, as well as a dual degree in Accountancy and Global Sustainability from the same institution.
