Diane Norton has extensive experience in resource planning and management within the insurance sector, currently serving as the Head of Planning Best Practice, along with previous roles including Head of Resource Planning, Forecast & Capacity Manager, Home & Pet Claims Business Partner, and Retail Business Partner at RSA since February 2009. Prior to this, Diane held the position of Collections Team Leader at Ventura for a brief period in 2009 and worked at Hammonds Direct Solicitors from August 2000 to February 2009 as an Associate Manager. Diane completed education at Carlton Bolling College from 1995 to 2000.
