Rachael Larkin is currently the Head of Reserving at AXA, a role they have held since 2026. Prior to this, they served as the Interim UK&I Chief Actuary at RSA from 2006 to 2026 and worked as an Actuarial Consultant. Rachael attended the University of Liverpool from 1999 to 2002.
