Troy Woodruff is the Owner of BW Development and BW Construction, and serves as the President/CEO of RQAW Corporation. They have held several key positions, including Chief of Staff at the Indiana Department of Transportation and various leadership roles within IDEM and the Indiana House of Representatives. Currently, Troy is pursuing an education at Indiana State University. They also run TW Consulting LLC, demonstrating a strong commitment to both public service and the private sector.
