Wout Van der Molen currently serves as the Head of Training Systems ACC at Koninklijke Luchtmacht, focusing on enhancing simulated training opportunities. In addition, Wout also holds the role of Head of Training & Qualifications, overseeing aircraft maintenance training and Human Factors within Air Combat Command, while guiding both pilot and technical training. Previous experience includes positions as a Flight Simulator Instructor, Manager Training Systems for F-35 and F-16, and Head of Airworthiness and Technical Assistance with the Royal Netherlands Airforce and the Ministerie van Defensie. Wout's educational background includes pursuing a Master of Science in Human Factors and System Safety at Lund University, alongside various qualifications in aircraft accident investigation and physics education.
