Ricky McAulay is the UK Operations Director at Royal Mail, bringing extensive experience in operational leadership and transformation. Since 2022, they have served as the Board Chair for both Your Place and Angard Staffing Solutions Limited. Previously, from 2000 to 2023, Ricky held various senior roles at Royal Mail, including Director of Field Operations and Director of Safety, overseeing large teams and budgets while implementing significant change initiatives across the UK. Ricky earned an MBA from Napier University and completed an Executive Development Programme at Oxford Said Business School.
