Eliza Teodorowska-Ruddy has extensive experience in the asset management and legal sectors, with a career spanning over a decade. Beginning as a Paralegal at Gottex Asset Management UK from September 2007 to November 2013, Eliza transitioned to ETF Securities where a role as Solicitor was held from November 2013 to March 2018. Following this, Eliza served as Head of ETF Platform Development and led UCITS ETF Product Development at Legal & General Investment Management from January 2019 to June 2025. Currently, Eliza holds the position of Solutions Director - ETFs at Royal London Asset Management, starting from October 2025. Eliza's educational background includes a Master's Degree in Law from the University of Wroclaw, obtained from 2001 to 2007, and further legal studies at BPP Law School from 2010 to 2012.
