Sopheak Nguon is currently the Director of Group HR Services at the Royal Group of Companies, a role they have held since 2022. With extensive experience in Employee Services within the telecommunications industry, Sopheak has developed skills in payroll, compensation and benefits, onboarding and offboarding, and compliance. Prior to their current position, they served as Director of Executive Compensation at Cellcard and gained teaching experience at the American Intercon Institute. Sopheak holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Business from Charles Sturt University and a Bachelor of Education in TEFL from the Institute of Foreign Languages.
