Silima Subha, MFIN, currently serves as a Senior Manager and IT SOX Compliance Lead at RBC since June 2025, managing a team of SOX testing professionals with a focus on task delegation and performance monitoring. Prior experience includes a Customer Experience Associate role at TD, where financial transactions were processed according to industry regulations, and a Research Assistant position at North South University, investigating the relationship between Environmental, Social, Governance (ESG) factors and corporate governance. Silima also worked at RBC Capital Markets as an Analyst and Senior Analyst in Derivatives Confirmations, handling ISDA confirmations and resolving trade discrepancies. Academically, Silima holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from North South University and a Master of Finance from the Sobey School of Business at Saint Mary's University.
