Marcelo Halpern is a seasoned design professional and currently serves as the Senior Manager of Product Design at RBC, Canada's largest bank, where they lead product design initiatives. Previously, Marcelo held various roles including Design Lead at Loblaw Digital, where they significantly improved Shoppers Drug Mart's Digital Pharmacy experiences, and was a Design Consultant between 2012 and 2017. Marcelo has also contributed to academia as a professor in design at multiple institutions. They earned a Master of Science in Strategic Design and a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing Strategy, complementing a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design.
