Leslie Holt is currently the Director of Research + Insights for Enterprise Strategy & Transformation at RBC, where they leverage diverse data sources to guide leaders in strategic decision-making. Previously, Leslie served as a Senior Manager in the same department at RBC from 2018 to 2025. They have substantial experience in research roles, including positions at Ipsos and BMO Financial Group, focusing on customer experience insights and managing national tracking programs. Leslie began their career as a Project Coordinator at the University of Guelph, where they coordinated the relocation of major departments. They completed a Research Analyst Program at Georgian College in 2010.
