Jennifer Hayes is a design leader with over 25 years of experience in the digital space. Currently serving as a Senior Manager and Design Lead at RBC, Jennifer has a strong background in fostering collaboration and coaching within design teams. Previously, they were an instructor at Sheridan College, where they taught interactivity design, and held various senior design roles at IBM, contributing to numerous significant projects. Jennifer holds a BFA from Mount Allison University and a Graduate Certificate from Sheridan College.
