Avi Klein is the Senior Director of Compensation for RBC Wealth Management. From 2017 to 2023, they served as the Senior Director of Compensation in Capital Markets at RBC. Prior to that, from 2012 to 2015, they were the Director of Performance Management Finance at RBC Capital Markets. Avi began their career at RBC, holding various roles including Director of Compensation and Senior Financial Analyst. They earned an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Economics & Finance from York University between 1995 and 1998.
