Previously, they held various roles in private banking, specializing in structured lending solutions secured by diverse asset classes, including real estate and securities. Alexander began their career at HSBC as a graduate trainee and progressed to branch manager before moving to other institutions. They are an Associate of the London Institute of Banking and Finance, hold a CeMAP qualification, and possess both a BSc in Financial Services and a BA in Geography.
