Abinayaa Arun is currently an HR, Talent Cycle On-Boarding Associate at RBC, where they support end-to-end onboarding processes and collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance the onboarding experience. Previously, they held roles as a Benefits Delivery Administrator and a Summer Banking Operation Officer at RBC. Abinayaa gained experience as a Pharmacy Assistant at Guardian - Clinik Pharmacy and as a Sales Associate at Golumbia Video. They are pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and HRM at the University of Waterloo, having completed their GED at Turner Fenton Secondary School.
