Jaci Klepadlo, M.Ed., BSDH, CDA, is the Executive Director of Dental Programs at Rowan College of South Jersey, where they focus on advancing dental education. With two decades of experience in dentistry, Jaci began their career as a dental assistant and progressed to registered dental hygienist and dental educator. They have served as Co-Chairman of the Veterans Smile Day Foundation and have held leadership roles, including Dental Assisting Program Director at Cape May County Technical High School and Past President of the New Jersey Dental Hygienists Association. Jaci is pursuing a Master of Education in Business Administration and is dedicated to inspiring future dental professionals while fostering collaborative initiatives in the field.
