Jocelyn Dollar is a strategic HR leader known for driving people and business results through strong relationship-building and collaboration. They held various roles in human resources, including HR Manager at Carter's and Talbots, and most recently served as a Director at Ross Stores, where they provided strategic guidance to corporate teams. Jocelyn has a proven track record in implementing HR strategies that support organizational growth and change management. They are currently pursuing a BA in Psychology at Hunter College while having completed their high school diploma at The Masters School.
