Derek Fleck is currently the Senior Director of Executive Compensation at Ross Stores, a position they have held since 2022. Prior to this, they served as a Senior Manager of Compensation at The Wonderful Company from 2020 to 2022, and held various roles in consulting at Semler Brossy Consulting Group. Derek began their career with internships at The Chief Executives Organization and Bankers Insurance, LLC. They earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business and Economics from the University of Richmond and are currently pursuing further studies in International Economics and French at NEOMA Business School.
