Daiva Natochy serves as the Group Vice President of Talent Management at Ross Stores, having joined the company in 2022. Prior to this role, Daiva held various positions at Ross Stores, including Director of Corporate HRBP and Senior Director of Corporate HRBP. Daiva has also contributed to organizations such as Robert Half and SVCF, where they served as HR Business Partner and Vice President of Talent, Recruitment and Culture, respectively. Daiva’s early career includes experience as a Community Manager at Readyforce and an HR Business Partner at TK MAXX in Ireland. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree at Bellevue University.
