Souheil Tabbal is a seasoned professional in real estate development with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Senior Development Director for Special Projects at ROSHN since February 2022, Tabbal previously held the position of Head of Real Estate Development Projects at Olayan Financing Company from January 2014 to January 2022, overseeing mixed-use developments across KSA, Qatar, and Lebanon. Earlier roles include Senior Vice President of Real Estate at SHUAA CAPITAL, Senior Development Director at Dubai Properties Group, and Senior Project Manager positions at Al Ghurair and BUTEC, where Tabbal contributed to significant projects such as the Hilton Hotel in Beirut.
