Sheron Kaviua is a professional geologist with 12 years of experience in uranium, precious and base metal, rare earth elements, and industrial minerals exploration, mining, and evaluation. Currently, Sheron serves as the Mineral Resource Manager at Rosh Pinah Zinc Corporation (Pty) Ltd, where they oversee the Mineral Resource Department. Previously, Sheron held various positions, including Acting Technical Services Manager and Senior Production Geologist at the same company, as well as roles at Langer Heinrich Mine and AREVA Resources Namibia. Sheron earned a BSc in Geology and Environmental Biology from the University of Namibia and advanced degrees from Rhodes University and the University of the Witwatersrand.
