Bénédicte Courel serves as the General Manager of the Cosmetics Business at Roquette since January 2019 and has been a Lecturer at HEC Paris Executive Education since January 2015, teaching courses related to B2B marketing challenges. As a Co-Founder of Seenergize from January 2015 to January 2019, Bénédicte led a team of marketing experts to enhance growth through customer-centric strategies. Prior experience includes serving as the Corporate Marketing Excellence Director at Solvay, focusing on marketing culture development and training across the organization, and various roles at Dow Corning Europe SA, including Global Innovation Market Leader and European Marketing Excellence Champion. Bénédicte's educational background includes a Masterclass in Business Model Generation, a diploma in Marketing Management from Boston University, and an applied PhD in Physical Chemistry from Compiègne University of Technology.
