Jeff Hatfield is a seasoned board director and chairperson with a passion for building high-performance teams and driving transformative scientific innovation. Currently, they serve as Chairman of the Board at Vividion Therapeutics, Inc. and ROME Therapeutics, while also being a Board Member at Vir Biotechnology, Inc. and Gate Bioscience. Jeff’s past roles include CEO positions at Vividion Therapeutics, Inc. and Zafgen, Inc., and they have been instrumental in the growth of several biotech firms. They hold an MBA from The Wharton School and a Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy from Purdue University, where they are also an adjunct professor.
