Matthew Clark has extensive experience in technical support and field service roles, currently serving as Lead Technical Support at ROI Training since May 2018. Prior to this position, Matthew worked as a Field Service Technician at Change Healthcare and UNICON International from May 2016 to January 2018. Matthew holds an Associate's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from the University of Maine at Augusta and has also studied at Saint Anselm College from 1997 to 1998.
