Marie-Claude Michaud is a retired legal counsel and manager who had an extensive career at Rogers Communications, holding various positions including Vice-President of Legal, Rogers for Business and Corporate Services, and Managing Counsel for Enterprise. They developed significant expertise in telecommunications law and worked effectively with sales, marketing, purchasing, and human resources teams, demonstrating an ability to adapt legal practices to business needs. Prior to their time at Rogers, they served as Senior Legal Counsel at Téléglobe and as Director of the Legal Department at Excel Canada. They earned a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the Université de Montréal from 1982 to 1985.
