Lorenza Marchini is currently the Sales and Production Manager at FloorEng, a position held since 2025. Lorenza has also been self-employed as an advisor for the plastic industry since 2019, specializing in printing, coating, and embossing technologies for a worldwide customer base. Previously, Lorenza served as the Production Manager of the Furniture and Surface Decoration Business Unit at ALFATHERM SPA from 2007 to 2019, managing a team of 90 people and leading various efficiency and R&D projects. Lorenza holds a degree in chemistry from the Università degli Studi di Parma, and is furthering their education with a Master in ESG Sustainability and Lean Manufacturing studies.
