Malvika N. is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in brand management and consumer marketing. Currently serving as Senior Director of Brand Marketing at Rodan + Fields since August 2025, Malvika previously held the position of Director of Global Consumer Marketing at DRUNK ELEPHANT from September 2024 to July 2025. Prior to that, Malvika was Vice President of Brand Management at Thrasio from August 2019 to February 2023, and held various roles including Senior Director and Director of Brand Management at Sunday Riley from June 2018 to August 2019. Malvika's career at L'Oréal spanned several years, where responsibilities included Senior Marketing Manager for L'Oreal Paris Hairstyle and Marketing Manager for L'Oreal Paris Haircare, beginning as an MBA Marketing Intern for Maybelline Global Marketing in June 2014. Earlier experience includes roles at Hewlett Packard Enterprise as a Treasury Analyst and Internal Auditor.
