In 15 years, RMMFI is proud to have:

• Graduated 60 classes of Business Launch Boot Camp with an 85% graduation rate, which resulted in the launch or expansion of 470 businesses across Colorado
• Distributed $1,224,873 across 377 loans with a 94% repayment rate plus $257,500 in grants
• Become a certified Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) with the U.S. Treasury
• Won the 2011, 2012, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2022, & 2023 Right on the Money Award from CUA
• Won the 2021 Ian Helms Award from the Dakota Foundation

They manage growth and expansion initiatives, coordinate educational programs, track and report on impact metrics, develop and secure grants, and optimize internal processes. This team is crucial in executing strategic plans and maintaining the high standards of excellence that RMMFI is known for in supporting entrepreneurs and community development.

The Training Team at Rocky Mountain MicroFinance Institute is responsible for designing, organizing, and conducting training programs for aspiring entrepreneurs across various regions, including Spanish-speaking communities, Southwestern Colorado, Aurora, and Eastern Rural Colorado. By delivering the Thrive Business Accelerator, Business Launch Boot Camps, and other tailored training initiatives, the team equips participants with essential skills and knowledge needed to successfully launch and grow their businesses.
