Andrew Blanchard has over 20 years of experience in the finance and real estate sectors. Currently a Partner and Managing Director at Rockwood Capital since January 2004, Andrew has also held positions as Vice President, Assistant Vice President, Associate, and Financial Analyst focusing on acquisitions and asset management. Prior to this, Andrew worked as a Senior Accountant at Deloitte from January 2001 to January 2004. Andrew holds an MBA in Real Estate and Finance from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business, completed in 2008, and a B.S. in Managerial Economics from the University of California, Davis, achieved in 2000.
