Patrick Finn is a seasoned Talent Acquisition Leader currently serving as the Director and Global Head of Talent Acquisition at Rockwell Automation since 2024. They have a diverse background in recruitment, having held roles such as Senior Consultant at Preferred IT and Futures.co.uk, and Engagement Manager at Experis UK. Patrick has also been a Director of Talent Acquisition at VillageMD and an Assistant Director of Talent Acquisition at Northwestern Mutual, where they significantly scaled recruitment teams and developed strategic hiring initiatives. Their earlier experience includes leadership in youth education and development with Major League Soccer Camps (LA Galaxy) from 1997 to 2001. Patrick holds a degree from the University of Central Lancashire.
