Paul F. has extensive experience in the hardwood lumber industry, currently serving as a Hardwood Lumber Buyer at Rockland Flooring since November 2015. Previously, Paul held the position of Director of Sourcing for Domestic Hardwoods at Lumber Liquidators, where a vertical integration project was initiated but subsequently canceled due to a shift in company focus. Prior to this, Paul spent over two decades at Armstrong World Industries as a Hardwood Lumber Buyer, responsible for managing an annual budget of $185 million and purchasing $42 million worth of hardwood lumber for flooring. Paul's career began at Lewis & Clark Sawmill, where various roles provided foundational knowledge in the industry. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Accountancy from Missouri State University, a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Missouri-Columbia, and a Hardwood Lumber Inspection Certificate from the National Hardwood Lumber Association.
