Stephanie Yaung, PhD, has extensive experience in bioinformatics and medical affairs, spanning over a decade. At Harvard Medical School, Stephanie contributed to the George Church Lab as a Graduate Researcher, focusing on microbiome editing and CRISPR-Cas technologies. At Roche, roles progressed from Principal Scientist II to Director, where Stephanie led teams in bioinformatics, developed global medical strategies for NGS testing, and engaged with biopharma partners. Currently, as Director of Reagent Bioinformatics, Stephanie supervises teams in the development of sequencing reagent kits. Educational qualifications include a PhD from Harvard-MIT in Medical Engineering and Medical Physics, alongside dual undergraduate degrees from MIT in Biological Engineering and Management Science.
