Romaric Chardonneau is an experienced Agile coach and co-founder of Value Insights GmbH, specializing in Agile and IT Service Management coaching in Basel, Switzerland. With over 15 years of experience in project, program, and portfolio management, Romaric has held various roles in renowned companies such as Roche and Panalpina, where they focused on building high-performing IT teams and managing complex IT supply chains across multiple regions. Romaric holds an MBA in International Management and a master’s degree in Computer Science/Electronics, and is fluent in English, French, Chinese, and German. Currently, they serve as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, and Trainer at Roche, while continuing their work at Value Insights.
