Pierre Simon serves as the Global Head of Manufacturing Operations and Global Head of Drug Substance Technical Operations at Roche since April 2020. Prior to joining Roche, Pierre Simon held various leadership positions at Novartis from December 1998 to April 2020, including Global Head of Market Access Technical Operations, Global Head of Biologics Drug Substance Operations, Site Head for both Biologics Sterile Drug Products and other facilities, Quality Director, Production Director, and Project Leader. Pierre Simon earned a Doctorate in Pharmacy from Université Louis Pasteur (Strasbourg I) between 1991 and 1998.
