Lisa Petermann is currently the Chief Patient Experience Officer at Roche Canada, where they focus on embedding a patient-inclusive mindset within the organization and the healthcare sector. They served as President of EXEP Consulting Inc. from 2006 to 2024, specializing in stakeholder engagement and strategic planning. Prior to their current role, Lisa held various leadership positions, including Director of Knowledge Exchange at the Mental Health Commission of Canada and Strategic Clinical Network Manager for Obesity, Diabetes, and Nutrition at Alberta Health Services. They hold a BSc. in Honors Kinesiology from Western University and multiple degrees in History, including a PhD from the University of Warwick.
