Elizabeth Jennifer has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development, having worked at Pfizer from 1999 to 2003 as the Director of Training and Development, where responsibilities included analyzing business functions and developing training modules. Elizabeth then served as HR Director at Pfizer, focusing on global recruitment and retention within the US. Since 2005, Elizabeth has been the Head of Human Resources and Organisational Development at Roche, overseeing talent management, HR regulations, workplace safety, and learning and development across the Asia Pacific region. Elizabeth holds a degree in Arts and Literature from Fresno State University, earned in 1997.
