Don Pearson, MBA, MS, CIH, CSP, is currently the Senior Director of Security, Safety, Health, and Environmental at Roche, where they lead initiatives that drive organizational value and oversee strategic project implementation. Previous roles include Manager of Health & Safety at Roche Diagnostics and Interim Director of Facilities Site Services and Engineering at Ventana Medical Systems, where they managed significant operational budgets and supported global engineering projects. Don holds an MBA from the University of Indianapolis and advanced degrees in Industrial Hygiene from Purdue University and the University of Michigan.
