Damian Siggins is a senior international business leader with over 25 years of experience in strategic transformation, supply chain excellence, and organizational change across various sectors, including pharmaceuticals and military. Previously, Damian served as a Captain in the Irish Defence Forces and held roles at Roche, including Global Head of Transformation and Site Head, where they led a team of over 350 employees in Mississauga, Canada. Currently, as the Head of Supply Chain Pharma International, Damian leads a team focused on commercial growth and exceptional customer service across over 100 countries, contributing to annual sales of approximately CHF 20 billion. Additionally, Damian has held executive HR positions, overseeing thousands of employees globally. Damian holds an MSc in Human Resource Management from Sheffield Hallam University and a Diploma in Strategic Human Resource Management from the Irish Management Institute.
