Claudia Korn is a highly experienced professional in the field of ophthalmology discovery, currently serving as a Senior Scientist at Roche since January 2019, having previously held roles as Scientist and Postdoctoral Fellow in the same department. Prior to Roche, Claudia Korn completed a Marie Curie Postdoctoral Research Fellowship at Cambridge University's Department of Haematology from January 2016 to December 2018, and worked as a Postdoctoral Researcher and PhD student at the DKFZ German Cancer Research Center between February 2010 and December 2015, focusing on Vascular Oncology and Metastasis. Claudia Korn also gained early experience as an intern at Karolinska Institutet in 2008. Claudia Korn holds a PhD in Biology from the Helmholtz International Graduate School for Cancer Research, a Master of Science in Molecular Bioscience - Cancer Biology from Heidelberg University, and a Bachelor of Science in Molecular Life Science from Universität zu Lübeck.
