Carla Blackadder brings extensive experience in organizational development and leadership within the pharmaceutical sector. Currently serving as the Global Lead for Organization Development and Consulting at Roche since December 2013, Carla has developed and executed strategies for leadership development, enhancing agility and system awareness among leaders. Previous roles at Roche include management of global leadership development programs and the Manufacturing Leadership Certification Program, demonstrating a strong focus on technical and leadership development. Prior to Roche, Carla was with Genentech where responsibilities included managing learning and development at the Hillsboro manufacturing site and designing training programs tailored to operational needs. Academic credentials include a Doctor of Management from the University of Hertfordshire, a Master’s in Education from the University of Washington, and a Bachelor’s in Education from Western Washington University, complemented by certification as an Integral Coach.
