Brian Bauman is currently the Senior Associate General Counsel and Chief Employment Counsel at Roche Molecular Solutions, a position they have held since 2015. Previously, they served as Senior Counsel in Employment Law at Roche from 2006 to 2015, where they handled a variety of employment law responsibilities and provided counsel on issues such as performance management and regulatory compliance. Their legal career began as an Associate at Baer Marks & Upham LLP from 1997 to 2000, followed by a role at Gibbons P.C. from 2000 to 2006. Brian earned a JD from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 1997 and a BA in Communications, Law, Economics, and Government from American University in 1994.
