Kevin Nelson Vas has extensive experience in Human Resources, currently serving as Lead Human Possibilities - HRBP at Robosoft Technologies since February 2020, focusing on HRBP functions, including pre-boarding and onboarding activities. Prior to this role, Kevin was a Senior HR & IR Executive at CR Asia Group, managing all HR activities for the Mangalore Yard and ensuring statutory compliance. Experience at Hycom Engineering (India) Pvt. Ltd. involved overseeing HR functions for both factory and office environments. Kevin began his career at JBF Petrochemicals Limited, initially as an HR Trainee, engaging in critical activities such as HSE and recruitment. Kevin holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from the School of Social Work, Roshni Nilaya, and a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) from St. Aloysius (Deemed to be University).
