Isabel Young is the Head of Legal Operations at Robert Walters, a position held since January 2024. Prior to this role, Isabel served as Principal Legal Counsel for Innovation, Knowledge and Operations at Which?, where responsibilities included optimizing the delivery of legal services and leveraging innovation. With extensive experience also as a Lawyer in the Group Legal Team at Which?, Isabel provided legal support across multiple areas including corporate and data protection law. Previous roles include Associate at MBM Commercial LLP, Trainee Solicitor at Cooley LLP (with a secondment to Amazon), Paralegal positions at Canonical Ltd., Herbert Smith Freehills LLP, and Graham Evans & Partners LLP. Isabel holds an LPC from the University of Law and a Graduate Diploma in Law from Swansea University, in addition to a BA in English Literature and History of Art from the University of Birmingham.
