Howard and Lily Leitner have extensive experience in the real estate and mortgage industries. Howard Leitner served as the Owner of Affordable Mortgage Capital, Inc from 1996 to 2008, where Howard and Lily leveraged nearly two decades of experience in wholesale and retail mortgage originations. Lily Leitner contributed as an experienced underwriter and trainer for the company's loan officers. Following this, Howard became the Broker and CEO of Florida Keys International Realty from September 2014 to June 2018, overseeing a team that represented buyers and sellers in Miami and the Florida Keys. Additionally, Howard and Lily was a licensed Real Estate Broker and Realtor at Miami Sales And Rentals from 2001 until September 2014, where Howard and Lily specialized in property search across Miami and the surrounding areas.
