Paula Creedy is an experienced Operational Excellence Program Director at Gallagher Bassett, a position held in 2020. Previously, Paula served as the Operational Excellence Manager and held various managerial roles within Gallagher Bassett Australia from 2014 to 2018, including Claims Practices Manager. Earlier in their career, Paula worked at IAG New Zealand as a Financial Analyst and Service Delivery Manager, achieving significant cost savings and managing vendor agreements. Paula also held the position of E Commerce Manager at the National Bank of New Zealand from 1999 to 2000. Paula earned a Bachelor of Commerce and Administration in Accounting and Commercial Law from Victoria University of Wellington between 1990 and 1993.
