Marie-Lisa Burrough is an experienced professional in research, insight, and evaluation, currently serving as the Research and Insight Manager at RNIB since July 2025. Previously, Burrough contributed as the Research Data and Insight Manager at the Royal Shakespeare Company and held multiple roles at Oxfam, including Evaluation & Insight Manager and Monitoring and Evaluation Adviser-Campaigns. Experience also includes working as the Insight, Evaluation & Research Manager at the Foreign and Commonwealth Office and as a Research Officer at the Office for National Statistics, where responsibilities included quality assurance for the 2011 Census. Burrough holds an MSc in Policy Analysis and Evaluation from the Institute of Education at the University of London and a BSc in Anthropology from the University of Southampton.
