Faisal A. AlKhalifah, CPA, SOCPA, is an accomplished tax professional with extensive experience in zakat and direct tax management. Currently serving as the VP - Head of Zakat and Direct Tax at Riyad Bank since November 2024, Faisal oversees compliance across various bank operations and leads the implementation of Pillar Two compliance. Prior to this role, Faisal held senior positions at PwC Middle East, where responsibilities included managing a diverse portfolio of direct tax services and leading strategic tax initiatives. Previous experience includes serving as a Senior Tax Consultant at PwC and as an Associate at EY, where notable contributions were made during audits and IPO processes. Faisal holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from Prince Sultan University, completed in 2017.
